Return Policy

Corked or otherwise truly flawed bottles do, unfortunately, happen. 

Prospect Wine Shop stands behind what we sell, and we will furnish a replacement or refund for any bad bottles you might receive WITHIN 7 DAYS IF LOCAL, WITHIN 30 DAYS IF SHIPPED, of the date of purchase. Please note that before any action can be taken, however, any bottles suspected of flaws MUST BE RETURNED to Prospect Wine Shop for inspection and verification by a manager.

Recork your bottle in question as tightly as possible. If you are not local to Prospect Wine Shop and the wine was shipped to you, please place the bottle inside a box. Prospect Wine Shop will send FedEx or UPS directly to your home for pick-up. FedEx will bring the return shipping label.
