You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing your order you have represented to Prospect Wine Shop that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

We can ship wine to the following states: Alaska, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wyoming.

We ship spirits within New York State only.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
