This cuvée is a blend of two great granite terroirs, Poncié and Les Garants, hence the name Les Deux Granites. It is an elegant, intense wine, full of roundness and fruit.
Colour: Intense and brilliant ruby color with purplish highlights.
Nose: Lovely aromas of plums, raspberries, spices and rose petals.
Mouth feel: Medium to full-bodied, supple and enveloping, it's deep and nicely concentrated, with lovely acids, powdery tannins and a penetrating finish.
Food and wine pairings: This Fleurie is a very nice match with all the kinds of white and red meat as well as with Asian food.
