Despite the name of the grape, Melon a Queue Rouge, this is a white wine. Apple and lime comingle with green tea and a pecan and walnut husk nuttiness. Not the very oxidative style you may find in Jura whites, this wine has a creamy and a bit of a waxy texture while finishing with a bracing but balanced acidity.
